Cristiano Ronaldo offers advice to injury-hit Real Madrid forward: ‘Be patient’
Real Madrid legend Cristiano Ronaldo may be 41, but he is still going strong for Portugal at the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the United States, Mexico and Canada.
The all-time leading goalscorer for Los Blancos netted a brilliant brace against Uzbekistan in Portugal’s second group game, which helped the team finish second behind Colombia.
Ronaldo met with injured Real Madrid forward Rodrygo after his side’s 0-0 draw against the South American side.
He offered a few encouraging words to Rodrygo as the Brazilian continues to work his way back from an ACL injury.
In a short exchange by MMajeedX on X, Cristiano asked the Brazilian: “How is it, the injury?”
Rodrygo replied: “Six months have already passed.”

Cristiano’s advice was brief but meaningful. He told Rodrygo: “You need to be patient, everything will work out well.”

Real Madrid need Rodrygo back strong

Carlos Espi is becoming Real Madrid’s unlikely late-game specialist.
The 21-year-old once again came off the bench to rescue Jose Mourinho’s side, this time scoring the 91st-minute winner in a dramatic 3-2 victory over Elche.
It was his second goal for the club, and both have arrived at crucial moments.
Speaking to Real Madrid TV after the match, Espi could barely contain his excitement.
