Image: Real Madrid 2023/24 away jersey leaked, official unveiling next month

The upcoming transfer window steals most of the limelight in the world of football at the moment. Yet, that is just one of the many facets a club has to work towards ahead of the new season.
One of the most awaited pre-season rituals Real Madrid are gearing up for is the official release of their new kits. Footy Headlines provides an update on the team’s away jersey and gives the best picture yet of it ahead of the release in July 2023.
The colour pattern of the jersey has shades of the team’s look between 1999 and 2001. It features a dark navy background, officially called the “Legend Ink” colour, with mild white detailing. The finishing touches are in a shade of yellow called the “preloved yellow.”
Adidas have embezzled the look with a spectacular infinite graphic uniformly visible on the shirt. The white lines arranged in waves elevate the design to a new level.
The collar area is another area where the designers have added a fine touch in the form of a tricolour stripe.

Three lines of preloved yellow, light turquoise and purple along the shoulders make the away kit stand out from the crowd. The sponsor details, Adidas logo and Real Madrid crest remain unchanged in position and complete the jersey.
While the away kit is starkly different to the ones Los Blancos have worn in recent years, the home kit is largely unchanged in theme. The white colour once again dominates the palate, albeit with a subtle touch of design in navy.
The third kit for the 2023/24 campaign will once again feature the evergreen combination of gold and black as per reports. With the home kit being unveiled earlier this month, the unveiling of the remaining two kits is expected to take place in the coming month.

French midfielder admits considering PSG move before Real Madrid called him

Aurelien Tchouameni has had an exciting start to his career at Real Madrid. Since joining the club for almost €80 million last summer, the young Frenchman has now become a pivotal figure in Real Madrid’s midfield unit.
However, prior to his move to Santiago Bernabeu, the midfielder was closely linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain.
In a recent interview, Tchouameni opened up on his links to PSG but revealed his decision to join Real Madrid.
Aurelien Tchouameni on PSG links
Talking about speculations linking him to PSG, Tchouameni said (h/t Madrid Zone), “PSG? Frankly, I thought about it. It’s a very big European club, we want the French clubs to succeed.”
“But honestly, when Real Madrid calls you, it’s very complicated to say no,” Tchouameni added.

The midfielder was linked with a move to PSG during his time at AS Monaco. Les Parisiens wanted to sign the youngster as part of their plans to reinforce the midfield unit.
Tchouameni, though, ended up opting for a move to Real Madrid, which turned out to be a prudent decision from the midfielder’s end.
Tchouameni’s career at Real Madrid
Aurelien Tchouameni made a total of 50 competitive appearances during his maiden season at Real Madrid.
Although the Frenchman was not entirely a first-team regular in Carlo Ancelotti’s setup, his stature in the team is expected to grow in the coming years.
Especially as Toni Kroos and Luka Modric move on at the end of the season, there is scope for Tchouameni to become a first-team regular in the Real Madrid midfield in the years to come.
The former AS Monaco starlet has already played a crucial role in the starting eleven so far this season and it is only going to continue as the season progresses.
