Mbappe has already apologised to Florentino Perez, Real Madrid remains his dream – Romano
According to Fabrizio Romano, PSG are ready to sell Kylian Mbappe this summer amid strong links to Real Madrid. The journalist further adds that a move to the Santiago Bernabeu remains the 24-year-old’s dream and that he has already apologised to Florentino Perez over snubbing the club last year.
Real Madrid were close to signing Mbappe last summer, but the forward performed a last-minute U-turn to renew his contract with PSG. The move left the Merengues red-faced as they had made preparations to bring the French international to the club.
Naturally, it was believed that Los Blancos were left furious by Mbappe’s sudden change of heart, with club president Perez saying: “This is not the Mbappe I wanted to bring, he is another one, who must have changed his dream.”
However, according to Romano, Mbappe has already issued an apology to Real Madrid supremo Perez over his actions last summer. And the 24-year-old attacker’s dream continues to be to turn out in the royal white of Madrid.
PSG, for their part, are furious about the news coming out from Spain about Mbappe as well as Perez’s recent statements in which he confirmed that he plans to sign the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner.
That, coupled with the Frenchman’s decision not to extend his contract beyond 2024, means that they have now decided to sell him this summer itself, to avoid losing him for nothing next year.
It was reported that Liverpool would be interested in a move for Mbappe if he were to become available. But Romano specifies that the Reds do not have the money to go after his signing, much like Bayern Munich.
It had also been suggested that PSG might demand €150 million for their ace forward, but Romano adds that the Parisian giants are yet to set a price tag.
While an agreement with Mbappe might not be difficult, the transfer will hinge on how negotiations between Real Madrid and PSG go.

However, United’s preferred terms could become the biggest obstacle.
The English side reportedly wants the option to buy Endrick at the end of the loan, potentially giving them a route to a permanent transfer if he impresses.

Real Madrid’s preference is understood to be a straightforward loan without a purchase option.
The club want Endrick to gain experience elsewhere before returning to compete for a place in the squad, rather than risk losing a young forward they have invested in for the future.
His previous loan spell at Lyon provides a possible model for another temporary move, although any agreement would depend on the terms offered and the player’s own preferences.
Manchester United are prepared to make an attractive financial proposal in an effort to secure his arrival, but money alone may not resolve the disagreement if Real Madrid remain unwilling to include a purchase clause.

Mbappe was under pressure from his family and the French President to stay with PSG.However, Real Madrid do not have to chase after him. If Mbappe really want to play for Real Madrid, he should make it happen.
