Mbappe is out of PSG’s plans, will not train with the squad in Paris – report

PSG and Kylian Mbappe have seemingly reached a point of no return. The French superstar is indeed the Parisiens’ talisman, but the subject of his future has created an unbridgeable rift.
Last month, the Ligue 1 champions omitted Mbappe’s name from the squad travelling to Asia for pre-season.
PSG left him to train with the other out-of-favour players and hoped to pressurise him into signing a renewal or convince him to leave. However, their plan did not come to fruition.
According to an update from RMC Sport, the French club have offered Mbappe several solutions and renewal proposals. The player, however, ignored all the efforts.
As it stands, the World Cup winner is out of PSG’s plans. The club will not allow him to train with the main squad ahead of the start of the new season, indicating to him that he must leave this summer.
PSG’s final offer
As revealed by Fabrizio Romano yesterday, PSG conceded to agree to Mbappe’s demands in their latest proposal.
The Parisian giants offered the youngster a contract renewal with a clause that would guarantee a sale in the summer of 2024. Yet, he would not hear of the offer which continues to build tension between him and his employers.

The 24-year-old has been unwilling to listen to offers from outside as well, most notably snubbing a €200 million contract offer from Saudi Arabia, when PSG were ready to accept a world-record €300 million transfer fee from them.
How long will Real Madrid wait?
Real Madrid are optimistic about their chances of signing the superstar this summer. They are currently exploring methods of making his arrival financially favourable, and the player is said to be already on the hunt for a house.
Real Madrid can force PSG to accept a bargain fee for the player if they push his signing to the closing days of the transfer window. Yet, it is a gamble between money and time and the club must strike the right balance.
Carlo Ancelotti wishes to have Mbappe in time for Real Madrid’s opening league games of the season, pushing Perez to send the bid soon. As it stands, an official bid can be expected around August 15th.

French midfielder admits considering PSG move before Real Madrid called him

Aurelien Tchouameni has had an exciting start to his career at Real Madrid. Since joining the club for almost €80 million last summer, the young Frenchman has now become a pivotal figure in Real Madrid’s midfield unit.
However, prior to his move to Santiago Bernabeu, the midfielder was closely linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain.
In a recent interview, Tchouameni opened up on his links to PSG but revealed his decision to join Real Madrid.
Aurelien Tchouameni on PSG links
Talking about speculations linking him to PSG, Tchouameni said (h/t Madrid Zone), “PSG? Frankly, I thought about it. It’s a very big European club, we want the French clubs to succeed.”
“But honestly, when Real Madrid calls you, it’s very complicated to say no,” Tchouameni added.

The midfielder was linked with a move to PSG during his time at AS Monaco. Les Parisiens wanted to sign the youngster as part of their plans to reinforce the midfield unit.
Tchouameni, though, ended up opting for a move to Real Madrid, which turned out to be a prudent decision from the midfielder’s end.
Tchouameni’s career at Real Madrid
Aurelien Tchouameni made a total of 50 competitive appearances during his maiden season at Real Madrid.
Although the Frenchman was not entirely a first-team regular in Carlo Ancelotti’s setup, his stature in the team is expected to grow in the coming years.
Especially as Toni Kroos and Luka Modric move on at the end of the season, there is scope for Tchouameni to become a first-team regular in the Real Madrid midfield in the years to come.
The former AS Monaco starlet has already played a crucial role in the starting eleven so far this season and it is only going to continue as the season progresses.
