Mbappe will not join Al Hilal despite PSG being ready to accept €300 million offer

Earlier today, it was confirmed that Al Hilal had sent in a world-record €300 million offer for Kylian Mbappe that PSG are considering accepting as they look to offload him at the earliest possible.
As part of the proposal, the Saudi Arabian giants are even ready to hand Mbappe a mammoth €700 million per season deal with the provision for him to leave for Real Madrid in 2024.
However, as per the latest update from journalist Sergio Fernandez, despite PSG being ready to accept Al Hilal’s gigantic offer, Mbappe has no desire to move to Saudi Arabia and will not join the Middle East outfit.
It is further claimed that the 24-year-old attacking phenom would be willing to spend the entire next season on the bench or in the stands but will not sign for the Saudi Arabian giants.
PSG, for their part, are eager to rush Mbappe’s sale as the longer the situation drags on, the weaker their position gets. To that end, they have been putting pressure on the Frenchman by various means, such as excluding him from the pre-season tour of Asia.
Mbappe, for his part, has not made any move despite all these developments and is training with several other outcasts in Paris. As for Real Madrid, they have also remained quiet on the matter despite their well-known interest in signing the superstar forward.
PSG are seemingly trying to force Los Blancos into action by potentially drumming up rumours of interest from Barcelona.
At the same time, they also wish to discredit Mbappe by painting him in a bad light. The club want to depict him as a bad apple for his refusal to join Al Hilal even though it would mean that his club would stand to earn €300 million from the transfer.
The Ligue 1 champions firmly believe that the forward has an agreement with Real Madrid over a Bosman move in 2024 and want to avoid that scenario at all costs.
However, with the forward unwilling to leave for Al Hilal, it will be interesting to see how the situation develops in the coming days.

French midfielder admits considering PSG move before Real Madrid called him

Aurelien Tchouameni has had an exciting start to his career at Real Madrid. Since joining the club for almost €80 million last summer, the young Frenchman has now become a pivotal figure in Real Madrid’s midfield unit.
However, prior to his move to Santiago Bernabeu, the midfielder was closely linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain.
In a recent interview, Tchouameni opened up on his links to PSG but revealed his decision to join Real Madrid.
Aurelien Tchouameni on PSG links
Talking about speculations linking him to PSG, Tchouameni said (h/t Madrid Zone), “PSG? Frankly, I thought about it. It’s a very big European club, we want the French clubs to succeed.”
“But honestly, when Real Madrid calls you, it’s very complicated to say no,” Tchouameni added.

The midfielder was linked with a move to PSG during his time at AS Monaco. Les Parisiens wanted to sign the youngster as part of their plans to reinforce the midfield unit.
Tchouameni, though, ended up opting for a move to Real Madrid, which turned out to be a prudent decision from the midfielder’s end.
Tchouameni’s career at Real Madrid
Aurelien Tchouameni made a total of 50 competitive appearances during his maiden season at Real Madrid.
Although the Frenchman was not entirely a first-team regular in Carlo Ancelotti’s setup, his stature in the team is expected to grow in the coming years.
Especially as Toni Kroos and Luka Modric move on at the end of the season, there is scope for Tchouameni to become a first-team regular in the Real Madrid midfield in the years to come.
The former AS Monaco starlet has already played a crucial role in the starting eleven so far this season and it is only going to continue as the season progresses.
