PSG open to letting Mbappe leave on loan, can join Real Madrid for free in 2024

It is clear that PSG are frustrated with Kylian Mbappe’s long soap opera at this point. The youngster has openly flirted with Real Madrid for years but does not want to leave Paris this year and prefers to move to Spain on a free transfer in 2024.
The club’s decision to exclude him from their pre-season tour was a strong statement. His employers threaten to keep him on the bench all season if he does not give a definitive stance over his future, but the youngster has still made no conspicuous movement from his side.
At this point, it is unclear as to what the player has in his mind. However, Paris Saint-Germain are certainly willing to do anything they can to salvage some compensation for his departure.
According to reports from Simon Stone, PSG are even willing to let Mbappe leave on loan this summer with a loan fee involved. He would then be free to sign permanently for Real Madrid in 2024, as he wishes.
The latest proposition seemingly does not involve any contract renewal for the young star, ensuring that he would arrive as a free agent next summer on a permanent basis. However, it is likely that a sizeable loan fee is involved for the 2023-24 campaign.
If the youngster does not wish to go down that route, a lucrative alternative would be to move to Saudi Arabia for a season. Al-Hilal offer Mbappe a salary of €700 million for one season and are said to be willing to let him join Real Madrid a year later.
Recent reports have even suggested that Barcelona could be a possible suitor, although finances prevent them from making a move.
The focus is now on the French prodigy. His decision dictates the transfer plans of not just PSG but Real Madrid too, and he must make a binding decision at the earliest before doors begin to close.

Real Madrid midfield prodigy on the verge of signing a contract renewal – Romano

In a big development, Fabrizio Romano is reporting that Real Madrid midfield sensation Eduardo Camavinga is on the verge of signing a new contract with the club.
The French international has been at the club since 2021, when he was signed from Rennes, and has grown into a vital member of Carlo Ancelotti’s setup.
Camavinga’s performances over the past year have been tremendous and the Frenchman is now one of the permanent fixtures in midfield even ahead of veterans like Luka Modric and Toni Kroos this season.
Only final details pending
Camavinga’s contract with Real Madrid runs until the summer of 2027, but the club have been working on offering him a new deal for a while now.
And now, Romano is reporting that the 20-year-old midfield prodigy is on the cusp of penning a renewal, with only the final details of the agreement left to be ironed out.
Camavinga’s new contract is set to come with a wage increase as well as a release clause as Real Madrid wish to ‘protect’ the player and avoid overtures from other clubs.
Key for the present and the future
Romano further outlines that Real Madrid see Camavinga as a key part of the club’s plans for the present and the future.

The 20-year-old midfield sensation loves the Merengues and the club too love the young talent who has made rapid strides in the time that he has been there.
Some other reports in Spain suggest that Camavinga’s agent is already in the capital city to finalise the renewal agreement.
So, as things stand, Camavinga is set to sign a new contract with Real Madrid with a bigger salary and release clause.
The 20-year-old will form the core of the team for the present and the future along with fellow youngsters like Jude Bellingham, Aurelien Tchouameni, Vinicius Jr., and Rodrygo Goes, among others.
