According to journalist Tomas Roncero from AS, Real Madrid defender Nacho has received offers from Major League Soccer (MLS) teams in the United States.

However, the captain has not made a decision on whether to accept these offers. If he chooses to stay with Real Madrid and renew his contract, the club is open to extending his stay and is happy to continue their relationship.

Nacho, 34, is under contract with Real Madrid until the end of the season. As the season progresses, there remains uncertainty about his future with the team, as he has still not decided whether he will stay with the club.

Nacho is evaluating his options

The defender has been considering his options for some time, weighing his next career move. One possibility that appeals to him is extending his time with Real Madrid for at least another year.

However, Nacho has offers from teams in the United States, an attractive opportunity he considered during the last summer transfer period.

With his contract ending soon, he is carefully evaluating his options, including a potential move abroad. His decision will likely have a significant impact on the next chapter of his professional career.

He has many options

Apart from the obvious interest from MLS, the Real Madrid captain has also attracted the attention of Serie A side Inter Milan.

Apart from that, Saudi Arabia has presented a lucrative offer too.

It is suggested that Nacho has an offer on the table to renew his contract and the decision is entirely up to him.

He can choose whether or not he wants to stay for another year, as Real Madrid are ready to sign him immediately if he agrees.

The key consideration for him is the team’s defensive lineup for the next season, which will include Antonio Rudiger, Eder Militao, David Alaba, and the returning Rafa Marin.

Nacho needs to evaluate whether he feels he can compete effectively with these players for a starting position. His choice will depend on his confidence in his ability to maintain a strong performance and secure his place in the team.

Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos has said that during a recent training session, he bumped into Raul, a former striker and current Castilla manager, who confessed to him that he did not like his decision to retire from the game.

The midfielder added that he would now be interested in playing the Legends match where the likes of Zinedine Zidane, Roberto Carlos and Raul participate.

The veteran admitted that playing alongside these legends one day would be quite exciting.

“When I left the training yesterday, Raul was outside. He told me that he did not like the decision at first but found something positive because now I’m definitely playing this legends game with him,” said Kroos on his podcast

“He said I had to be there. Me and Zizou playing behind him, Figo on the right, and RC3 (Roberto Carlos) at the back. That could be funny,” he added.

During the early hours of Tuesday, May 21, Kroos announced that he would retire from professional football after the upcoming European Championship in his home country.

As a result, Real Madrid now have to work on an alternate strategy to plan life beyond Kroos. As suggested before, the Los Blancos are of the idea that at present, there is no one in the market who can fill the void.

On the other hand, though, Dani Ceballos’ chances of staying have now increased. At the same time, there are reports that Joshua Kimmich is being monitored, but nothing seems concrete yet.

For now, Real Madrid are largely expected to rely on the current roster as the likes of Aurelien Tchouameni, Eduardo Camavinga, Federico Valverde and even Jude Bellingham are more than capable of occupying Kroos’ position.

If even that does not work out, the team from the Spanish capital can look into the youth system to rope in a capable alternative.
