Real Madrid fans opposing the signing of Kylian Mbappe – report

At this point, anything related to Kylian Mbappe’s rumoured move to Real Madrid seems baseless and the entire fiasco has gone down to the extent that nothing seems interesting now.

Right now, there happens to be a debate going on between the club fans and if a report from SPORT is to be believed, a major chunk of Real Madrid supporters are supposedly opposing the arrival of the Frenchman as they see his acquisition as a major problem for the team.

What’s the story here?

It is to be noted that Mbappe has stalled Real Madrid quite a bit. His contract is running out at the end of the season and while he is currently free to settle on a pre-contract agreement, the French striker is buying his time, forcing Real Madrid to explore other avenues.

There is a growing sense of belief within the fans that while playing for Real Madrid was once his dream, this has now lost credibility, which is why he has left them waiting for two years. This betrayal deeply wounded Real Madrid fans, prompting them to turn their backs on him.

There’s also hesitation about committing to a player who has been indecisive since 2017. Additionally, there’s concern about his motives, whether he’s driven by money or prestige.

In Paris, he feels loved, but in Madrid, he has to earn back that affection after turning them down multiple times.

There is some sense to it

Fans believe that the main concern is the financial impact of his signing, as it could disrupt the club’s finances.

Now, as far as the club is concerned, it is obvious that the board won’t go overboard to sign him, but even if they do, they acknowledge that his arrival could be a smart investment.

On the field, though, his signing could cause some drama. While some fans, especially the French group, might welcome him, others may not be so happy.

Mbappe would compete for the same position as Vinicius Jr. and steal the spotlight, creating tension, especially since the Brazilian is already dealing with competition from Jude Bellingham, who has become a star player.

Furthermore, signing Mbappe would exceed the club’s salary limits, causing discomfort among top-level players who believe they perform just as well, if not better, than the Frenchman.

I also of the stance that Mbappe is no more ideal for Real Madrid but rather there to bring dispute and embarrassment.
Just like the circulating news that Vini will have to be sold in order to cover for the cost of Mbappe to come Madrid. It is still waited for Endrick to come to the team at the very same period Mbappe will be due to move from PSG to any club that wish to have him.Endrick has made it clear that he is looking forward to play with vinicius but it looks like he’ll be accomodated by dissapointment.
Instead of going for Mbappe Real Madrid could go for Nico Williams.

Real Madrid ace misses training for third consecutive day ahead of UCL final

As Real Madrid get closer and closer to their final game of the season against Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League, they are now sweating over the availability of one of their players.

It has already been confirmed that both David Alaba and Aurelien Tchouameni will miss the finals in London due to injuries.

Other than that, Carlo Ancelotti is likely to have the entirety of his squad available at his disposal, although there could be some concerns surrounding Andriy Lunin.

Lunin not in training for the third day in running

Indeed, Andriy Lunin has not participated in team training today, making it three days in a row heading into the Champions League final, reports Mundo Deportivo.

The Real Madrid goalkeeper is down with a fever that has kept him out of training for three days in a row now.

However, the report does add that despite not being in training for three days now, the Ukrainian international will fly to London and be on the squad list for the finals.

But with reports already suggesting that Thibaut Courtois will be starting in goal against Dortmund, Lunin’s continued absence from training only further strengthens the Belgian’s chances.

Kepa Arrizabalaga, who was absent from training on Tuesday due to personal reasons, is back working with the rest of the squad today. The Spaniard will have no involvement in Saturday’s final though.

Carlo Ancelotti is likely to go with the exact same starting lineup that he named for the Merengues’ final La Liga match against Real Betis.
