Real Madrid legend heaps praise on new signing: “Most complete player in the game”

Jude Bellingham could not have hoped for a better start to life in Madrid. The youngster began training with Los Blancos at a very high level and has seemingly taken his form onto the field as well.
Real Madrid’s legendary attacking midfielder, Guti, opened up about his thoughts on Bellingham earlier this week. As a player who plied his trade in a similar position, his words of praise are significant for the 20-year-old sensation.
“Jude Bellingham is the most complete player in the game now. It’s good that he came when neither Benzema nor Mbappé was around,” Guti said on El Chiringuito in awe of the new signing.
A bright start at Real Madrid
Indeed, the English international has had an outstanding impact on the team since arriving earlier this summer.
He made his unofficial debut in the team’s first pre-season game of the season against AC Milan where he was arguably the team’s best player on the field.

In just his second game for Los Blancos, he found the back of the net against Erik Ten Hag’s Manchester United.
Bellingham made his official debut for Real Madrid at the weekend when the Merengues took on Athletic Club at San Mames.
He scored the team’s second goal of the night and was undisputedly the best player on the night.
A vital player going ahead in the season
The 20-year-old is an undisputed starter under Carlo Ancelotti and appears set to make the attacking midfield role his own.
Playing in the space behind the two forwards, Bellingham will be tasked as the side’s creator-in-chief in the final third and appears to be one of the key players in the team already.
Moreover, Ancelotti will hope he continues to find the back of the net, especially given that Kylian Mbappe will not join Los Blancos this summer.

French midfielder admits considering PSG move before Real Madrid called him

Aurelien Tchouameni has had an exciting start to his career at Real Madrid. Since joining the club for almost €80 million last summer, the young Frenchman has now become a pivotal figure in Real Madrid’s midfield unit.
However, prior to his move to Santiago Bernabeu, the midfielder was closely linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain.
In a recent interview, Tchouameni opened up on his links to PSG but revealed his decision to join Real Madrid.
Aurelien Tchouameni on PSG links
Talking about speculations linking him to PSG, Tchouameni said (h/t Madrid Zone), “PSG? Frankly, I thought about it. It’s a very big European club, we want the French clubs to succeed.”
“But honestly, when Real Madrid calls you, it’s very complicated to say no,” Tchouameni added.

The midfielder was linked with a move to PSG during his time at AS Monaco. Les Parisiens wanted to sign the youngster as part of their plans to reinforce the midfield unit.
Tchouameni, though, ended up opting for a move to Real Madrid, which turned out to be a prudent decision from the midfielder’s end.
Tchouameni’s career at Real Madrid
Aurelien Tchouameni made a total of 50 competitive appearances during his maiden season at Real Madrid.
Although the Frenchman was not entirely a first-team regular in Carlo Ancelotti’s setup, his stature in the team is expected to grow in the coming years.
Especially as Toni Kroos and Luka Modric move on at the end of the season, there is scope for Tchouameni to become a first-team regular in the Real Madrid midfield in the years to come.
The former AS Monaco starlet has already played a crucial role in the starting eleven so far this season and it is only going to continue as the season progresses.
