Real Madrid stars react to Erling Haaland’s new haircut – ‘Ragnar’
Manchester City superstar Erling Haaland has become as synonymous with his long hair as he has with his goalscoring exploits.
Thus, his striking new look has taken over the internet, and two Real Madrid stars could not resist reacting to it.
Both Jude Bellingham and Ibrahima Konate appeared in the comments under Haaland’s post, offering very different but equally amusing reactions to the Norwegian’s new appearance.
Bellingham cannot believe Haaland’s new look
Bellingham kept his reaction extremely simple.

“No way,” the Real Madrid midfielder wrote, with his comment quickly attracting plenty of attention from supporters.
Konate, meanwhile, saw a resemblance to a rather famous Scandinavian warrior.
“Ragnar,” the Madrid centre-back commented.
The reference appears to be to Ragnar Lothbrok, the legendary Viking figure whose modern portrayal has become particularly recognisable through the television series Vikings.
Given Haaland’s Norwegian roots, imposing physique and now his new hairstyle, it is not difficult to see where Konate was coming from.
Madrid duo enjoy Haaland transformation
It was ultimately nothing more than some light-hearted interaction between players who regularly cross paths at the highest level of European football.
It also offers another small glimpse of the relationships these elite footballers share and how they engage with one another.
Even when they represent rival clubs, many of them share international dressing rooms, sponsor events and years of playing against each other across major competitions.
The timing also makes the exchange a little more amusing given how often Haaland’s name has been linked with Real Madrid over the years.
There is no transfer angle here, of course, but Madrid supporters are more than familiar with seeing the Norwegian discussed in reference to the club.
Bellingham and Konate have now caught everyone’s attention by reacting to Haaland’s new look, and it will not be long before the trend catches on.
Konate was signed from Liverpool earlier this summer and has crossed paths with Haaland very often in the Premier League.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid vs Manchester City has developed into an annual occurrence in the Champions League, and Bellingham has also shared the stage with Haaland at Borussia Dortmund.
It remains to be seen whether this new-look Haaland remains as lethal as his long-haired version in the coming months and years.

Injured Real Madrid forward could return earlier than expected – Romano
In what will come as a pleasing development for fans, Fabrizio Romano reports that Real Madrid forward Rodrygo could make a comeback from his injury earlier than expected.
The 25-year-old Brazilian international has been out of action since March after suffering an ACL injury during a La Liga game against Getafe.
Due to the complete rupture of the ACL, coupled with associated meniscus damage, it was suggested that the attacker was staring at a lengthy time out on the sidelines and might not return until 2027.
In fact, the forward’s father, Eric Goes, recently stated in an interview that the Real Madrid ace could be back in February next year, just before the business end of the campaign.
Rodrygo could be back in December

However, as per the update from Romano, Rodrygo’s comeback could happen well before that expected date.
Indeed, if things continue to progress at the current rate, the 25-year-old attacker might return to action in December or by January 2027 at the latest.
This will come as a welcome boost for Jose Mourinho & co., considering that Rodrygo is a valuable player for the team.
Even though he had endured a tough spell prior to his form, the Brazilian’s versatility, work rate off the ball, and eye for a goal make him an asset.
Rodrygo eager to be back at his best
The update from Romano further states that Rodrygo feels very grateful to Real Madrid for all the help and support they have given him during this difficult phase of his career.

As such, the Brazilian international has made it a mission to return to action in the best shape possible and make an impact from the get-go.
The attacker has only recently begun working on the pitch with the ball indicating the significant progress he has made on the road to recovery.
And, if there are no setbacks, Real Madrid could recover one of their ace attackers before the end of the current year.
So far in his career, Rodrygo has made 297 appearances for Real Madrid, scoring 71 goals. He has a contract with the club until 2028.
