Real Madrid target is already looking for homes in Madrid – report
According to journalist Ramon Alvarez de Mon, those close to Kylian Mbappe have already begun a search for a new home in Madrid.
The reporter adds that the World Cup winner is moving with his entourage as he prepares to shift to the Spanish capital.
People close the forward are believed to be exploring purchase and rental prices for homes in two areas of Madrid.
Where are Real Madrid and PSG in this negotiation?
Real Madrid have always been optimistic about Mbappe’s acquisition.
Those sitting in the higher offices have calmly been watching all the developments as they want this operation to proceed in a very respectful manner.
At the moment, despite all the attention, Madrid are of the idea that they are doing their part very well.
They are not going to let the player down despite the reporter saying that he will earn a lower salary at Real Madrid than he currently earns at PSG.
As far as the Ligue 1 side is concerned, they are in no mood to speed up the process.
In fact, as part of their last ditch attempt, they even offered Mbappe a new contract with a guaranteed sale clause that can be activated in 2024.
As it turns out, the player is so fed up that he wants to leave the team right away.
His willingness to join Real Madrid can be understood by the fact that he did not even sit with the Saudi delegates to discuss a potential transfer.
Real Madrid want Mbappe this year
While it was largely believed that Madrid are willing to wait for Mbappe for another year, it has emerged that the team from the capital city now wants to get the deal done this summer.
As reported before, the Los Blancos are expected to make their first offer after August 15.
Amidst all this, PSG are already preparing for life beyond the Frenchman as they have already agreed on deals for Ousmane Dembele, Goncalo Ramos, and Randal Kolo Muani.
At this point in time, Mbappe’s relationship with PSG is beyond repair and the sooner PSG realise that exit is the only solution, the better it will be for everyone involved.
Life at Real Madrid has gotten off to a rather torrid start for Turkish starlet Arda Guler, who has already faced a large number of setbacks since singing for Los Blancos.
Aged just 18, the winger-slash-midfielder has already picked up seven injuries in his senior career, which is cause for serious concern, especially since a couple of them have affected his ligaments – which is always bad news.
Hotly-tipped to be an exciting addition to the Madrid squad going forward, the youngster had to drop out of their pre-season tour early due to a meniscus injury.
This was treated conservatively, but after that did not yield good results, he had to undergo a procedure and seemed set to make the squad against Las Palmas, before another injury setback.
According to Diario AS, the new problem can keep him out for three weeks to a month, which means his Real Madrid debut may have to wait till early November, after the first El Clasico of the season on 28th October.
Guler’s history of fitness problems
In their report, AS also state that the Turkish teenager seems to have a propensity for injuries, accumulating seven of them in his career already.
There is also word going around that his recovery from this meniscus issue was rushed and not handled adequately.
That, combined with a stroke of bad luck means Real Madrid have to be very mindful of how Guler is reintegrated into the squad going forward.
This new injury is reportedly a thigh problem which will also need to be treated with caution.
A special recovery plan
Carlo Ancelotti stated before and after the Las Palmas clash that the plan was for Guler to have some minutes against the Canary Islanders, but he said that genetics, luck and a lack of sharpness have a big part to play in this relapse.
The Italian manager did say that this issue is not as serious, but all signs indicate that there is an urgent need to work on the youngster’s conditioning.
AS thus say that a specific plan has been devised since the summer to enhance Guler’s fitness and his resistance.
This is a programme that is reportedly similar to the one Rodrygo followed when he arrived from Brazil, much thinner than he is today, but without having sacrificed his football qualities.

It is something sounding nice to the ears of supporters,but one thing i don’t understand about Real Madrid is that “Are the official or decision takers at this club happy to see those dearest to the club suffering before taking good and desired conclusions?.”
