Real Madrid will not improve their current contract offer for key superstar – report
According to journalist Abraham Romero (via Ramon Alvarez YouTube), Real Madrid have no intention of improving their current contract renewal offer to Vinicius Jr., sticking firmly to the structural stance they held before the start of the World Cup.
The ongoing negotiations between the Spanish capital giants and their superstar winger have hit a significant financial impasse, leaving the player’s long-term future at the Santiago Bernabéu under a cloud of uncertainty.
No improvement on their earlier offer
The core of the contractual deadlock lies in a major valuation gap between the two parties. Real Madrid’s hierarchy have tabled an official renewal package worth €20 million net per season, which is an improvement on his current salary of €17 million.
However, Vinicius’s representatives are demanding a salary package much closer to €30 million, arguing that the Brazilian forward’s immense commercial value and on-pitch contributions warrant a place at the absolute peak of the wage hierarchy.
Moreover, the attacker’s camp is also holding out for a renewal bonus for the player – something that Real Madrid are dead against.

The club’s board will not compromise their tightly controlled wage structure, even for a player of Vinicius’ calibre. Their position remains firm despite the 25-year-old’s impressive performances for Brazil at the World Cup.
