Real Madrid will offer €10m net wages to top target, trust him to choose Bernabeu

Real Madrid are pushing hard to sign Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund in the summer but are set to face stern competition from Premier League clubs like Liverpool and Manchester City.
Reports suggest that Man City have also made Bellingham their top priority for the summer given that Ilkay Gundogan and Bernardo Silva could be leaving in the summer.
Meanwhile, Liverpool have held a long-standing interest in the England international and could go hard for his signing although the possibility of them missing out on Champions League football could hamper their chances.
Either way, with competition stern, Real Madrid are aware that the signing of the 19-year-old midfield prodigy will be anything but straightforward.
However, according to MARCA, Los Blancos trust that Bellingham will decide to choose Real Madrid over his other suitors as his preferred destination even though they will not be matching the financial offers from the Premier League clubs.
Borussia Dortmund, for their part, want a €150 million package for their prized asset with a split of €110-115 million in fixed payments and the rest in variables.
Both Liverpool and Manchester City would offer more than Real Madrid to secure Bellingham’s services, but the Merengues trust that the midfielder would choose the Santiago Bernabeu as his preferred destination over a move to his homeland.
The report further suggests that the reigning champions of Spain and Europe would be offering Bellingham a contract worth €10 million net salary, keeping in mind not to break the club’s wage structure.
Real Madrid acknowledge that the England star is a generational talent and want him at the club next season. At the same time, they are not willing to pay over the odds and are not prepared to reach the figures they were ready to do for Kylian Mbappe’s signing in the past.
The Merengues are aware that commissions will also be involved for Bellingham’s agent and father, which could complicate matters as they would be unwilling to match offers from the Premier League clubs.
But as was the case with the likes of Aurelien Tchouameni and Eduardo Camavinga in the past, Real Madrid trust that Bellingham will also choose their sporting project over superior financial offers.

Official: Marco Asensio leaves Real Madrid on a free transfer

Real Madrid have officially announced that winger Marco Asensio will be leaving the club as a free agent at the end of the season. The Spaniard was between a contract extension and departure for a very long time, and eventually decided it was best for him to leave.
Asensio joined Madrid eight years ago, as a 20-year-old, and was loaned out to Espanyol during his first season in the top flight, where he scored four goals and gave ten assists across 34 appearances.
He has since been a key member of Real Madrid’s team, often dropping in and out of starting lineups, though. During his time at the Santiago Bernabeu, Asensio has won three UEFA Champions Leagues, four FIFA Club World Cups, three La Ligas, and three European Super Cups.
“Real Madrid fans will never forget their path and their exemplary behaviors during all this time. Madrid is, and will always be, his home,” the farewell announcement said.
Now, rumours suggest that Asensio will heading to Paris to join PSG on a Bosman move.
