Real Madrid megastar’s entourage denies reports of an agreement with Arsenal
As per journalist Ramon Alvarez, the representatives of Real Madrid forward Vinicius Jr. have officially denied reports coming out of England claiming that the player has reached an agreement to join Arsenal.
The 26-year-old Brazilian international’s camp moved quickly today to dismiss the transfer rumours, clarifying that no such deal has been struck with the Premier League club.
Clear denial from Vini’s camp
The clarification from the player’s inner circle comes after a wave of media speculation in the British press.
Reports overnight had suggested that the North London club was making significant progress in luring the winger away from the Santiago Bernabeu, looking to take advantage of his current contract situation.
However, Vinicius’s entourage has stated firmly that these claims are entirely untrue. While Arsenal remain highly interested in the forward in the event that he becomes available on the market, there have been no direct negotiations, and no personal terms have been agreed.
The winger remains under contract with Real Madrid and is currently focused on his duties with the Spanish club.
Context of the contract stalemate
Although an agreement with Arsenal has been denied, Vinícius’ long-term future in Spain remains an active topic of discussion. The player and Real Madrid are currently in a contract stalemate, with negotiations over an extension barely moving forward.

The 25-year-old Brazilian international has been out of action since March after suffering an ACL injury during a La Liga game against Getafe.
Due to the complete rupture of the ACL, coupled with associated meniscus damage, it was suggested that the attacker was staring at a lengthy time out on the sidelines and might not return until 2027.
